Hardly "the worst settlement in the history of civilization". I would rank Neville Chamberlain's appeasement of Adolf Hitler and the abandonment of Czechoslovakia for "Peace IN Our Day" as one of the worst! SFOR taking $9.7 million from MSFT to survive to thrive another day in the future is nowhere near in comparison!
