re: Dividends, I agree with you, even buy-back of little value, because its too small. R&D, New Products, Buy-Out, much better way to go. New Director with name recognition, best way for short-term movement. Petraeus, Powell, Guliani, Tommy Franks, anyone but who we have, would help.
