Yes, Google news shows what appears to me to be a bogus report of a Zacks downgrade on a website called "Sports Perspectives", a website reported as "known dangerous" by my Norton Security.
Zacks IS pretty fickle but weren't they just raving about IDCC a week ago? This is a non-issue, IMO.
