The OTC really needs to overhaul this whole segment of stocks.

I agree make a section for OTC stocks that have real products and real revenues, real distribution partners etc etc.

You claim the UK is a failure:

$2m a year revenues from a small market (UK) compared to the USA. this generates $1.3m of gross profit not a failure at all.

If US generates just 5 times that we get $10m a year which would generate $6.5m gross profit

SG&A Overheads are only (worst case) $3m a year and that includes all the legal and regulatory filing costs (estimate over $1m this year)

so OTC clearance will give a clear $3.5m profit based on a very low ball estimate of US adoption
