USBI is currently in need of financing for the construction of the building to support the new Apharetta, GA facility for Carter Panels, as well as expanding into the application sector, under the guidance of HY-Power coatings. USBI currently holds a property that has no liens to construct the facility. In addition to supporting the new operation, this will also allow us to bring the manufacturing of all of our current technologies to the new facility, thereby reducing our cost to manufacture. This is the project that WNBD is in discussions with USBI to support.
How is WNBD supposed to fund the construction of the building you're wanting to build in Georgia?
Why weren't the terms of the LOI between USBI and WNBD disclosed so that the public even has an idea of what the LOI terms and closing consists of?
