Another quick question DDawg...since you and Eric have been in discussions over the past 8 months...how come the only agreement you've reached so far is a Letter Of Intent?

After all this time if you were going to put out a joint announcement shouldn't the preceding 8 months have already been more than ample time to reach a mutual agreement?

I'm asking because the PR WNBD put out doesn't really say anything other than the 2 companies have reached a LOI which if closed will somehow lead to WNBD providing some sort of joint exposure on your company's products.

Your background on your company provided is appreciated...I'm just trying to ascertain exactly what it is WNBD is going to be "investing" in if both sides close on the LOI
