The patents prevent anyone from copying and marketing the ActiPatch so they have some value.

Not that anyone would want to copy and market the ActiPatch -- nobody copies a failure. You can't buy a fake ActiPatch on Alibaba. I'm just saying -- the only asset at BioElectronics is the IP and if the Whelans see an opportunity to cash out on that IP they will do so, IMO, with no concerns about how that would destroy shareholders.

If BIEL cared even a little about shareholders they would disclose the FDA status instead of hiding behind Safe Harbor statements like "We submitted a 510(k)" and "we believe we submitted enough information to get clearance."
