Lugee Li as a person 100% owns two independent investment companies.

Each of those companies has majority shares of two public held companies.

This is no different than Elon Musk, Jack Dorsey to name a few.

Before the merger, Elon can/has liquidate his Solar City shares anytime to buy Tesla shares. Ponzi Musk has been diluting both companies like a mad man. Yet we all call him genius.

In 2015, Li did ask shareholders to vote to allow him decreasing share ownership of Eontec thru public offering of his own shares.
