They are in the middle of the financial prep for the 10K and busy. Updates were given and CEO talked to every peter, paul, and mary last summer and that did not support the pps but created even more flippers. No serious CEO would at this point fuel discussions when a consolidated large company with millions of revs and predominantly bank loans (now, see refinancing) is about to release the most important update in a comprehensive filing.
