I only said it is POSSIBLE that the stock could close in the red on the day of OTC clearance.
I remember the PPS action when the FDA officially announced the reclassification from Class III to Class II. The selling pressure was INCREDIBLE.
The most likely result: the PPS will be at 0.0001 that morning, and it will peak around 0.0006 and close around 0.0003. That would still be a 200% increase for the lucky investors who haven't been averaging down here for the past eight years.
The one big assumption: thwe company is still in business when the FDA clears the ActiPatch in Q3 2017.
Maybe late Q2 -- hard to guess when the application officially changed to a de novo. I'm guessing it changed in September 2016. It's a shame that the company won't tell its shareholders this VERY important piece of information.
