True, but CCEL did not cancel the lawsuit after Red Oak took control, but made an agreement to settle the lawsuit with Cbai. No disclosure what was in it.They also wanted to be on the board of CBAI even when Red Oak was there (mentioned it in their 10q previously). Haven't seen CCEL bring that up again either.Not suggesting any conspiracy, but anything is possible.
