IFUS is still in default. Why won't Walther bring the shell current?

What's the rush??? All he has to do is fax a form and pay the $1k or whatever in taxes. It's been 6 months! He could do it today from his trade-show or wherever in about 15 minutes.

What possible reason is there for refusing to do so? There has to be a reason and it's not a good one.
