OK, but roll-on snake oil and puffy lips appear to me to be a shaky foundation.

The PR is pretty typical Seth Shaw BS! CAN TAUG SELL THE PRODUCT OR NOT? It is a simple and very basic question, but TAUG does not seem to be able to answer it! No one can come close to gleaning an answer based upon Shaw's PR gibberish! Why make a major product announcement, when the company quite possibly cannot transport it to the customer? Maybe someone spent a lot of time formulating the product, but apparently no one spent a lot of time understanding the interstate commerce regulations! CAN THE PRODUCT BE SHIPPED ACROSS LINES? If TAUG does not have this answer, why publish the PR? Maybe to PUMP the share price???

JUST A SUGGESTION TO CEO SETH SHAW...DO SOME REAL LIVE DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ONCE AGAIN SCREWING THE INVESTORS!

First of all there will be no reverse split at this time

At this time means right NOW...this minute...
I have not seen anything guaranteeing that there will not be a reverse split sometime this year, or next month, or next week for that matter....
Heck...It could happen tomorrow.
For all we know, TAUG may have already requested permission from FINRA.

Then Saint Sethie will put out a PR saying they changed their mind...
and decided to go ahead with the reverse split,
to get back on the QB...because that is allegedly SO important....
and to make their stock more attractive to financiers, etc...
Blah, blah, blah.

REVERSE SPLIT APPROVED BY THE BOARD
AND COULD HAPPEN AT ANY TIME!!!
