Best not to be greedy, realize you are at the mercy of the bigger players and take what you can at this point. No chance of suing for IP infringement, so go into negotiations as a good partner and take more or less what they give you.

I worked for this small company in high tech who had a solid platform for developing applications. I orchestrated a buy out for $150M and the CEO turned it down at the last minute. Fool as it would have put $40M in his pocket and it screwed other guys who had put 10 years into the company. 5 years later they sold it for $75M and were lucky to get that deal.

Problem is these small micro cap companies think they have leverage and in reality they have jack squat. Time to take a reasonable price (i don't know what that might be), but don't be greedy and let us all move on from this debacle.
