Like is said any moron can file appropriate paper work, the most basic level of competence of a CEO and even the reason an interim one is needed to do so. I could care less who is here doing it as long as someone is. Thankfully in this case we don't have to worry about Popes capability to run a company for very long, only his capability to file with the SEC, and obviously someone is paying for it and compensating him to do so, who do you think it is?
IJJP is his bastard child, he wants to make a company out of it and he needs money to do so, since he can't dump more shares there since no one is buying that anymore he needs to find a way to fund it, interim CEO for a shell looking to get filled sounds right up his alley.
