I would be surprised if PK trial waits this long.. but maybe..
Won't have any problems filling a Trial in May or June..
Rett and AD will be in full ahead mode by then. I know filling these trials will take time,, but it won't be because of lack of willing qualified participants..
It will be to limited resources to fulfill enrollment testing process..

I am not questioning 2017 cycle

I am just reminding that - it seems AVXL did not get grants in 2016 cycle despite the big expectation that PD trial will start quickly in early 2017 based on grants from MJFF.
Seems the grant funds are not coming till later if at all.
