He is a Market Maker on the Level 2 screen. He is the one that has been diluting MYDX. Normally he will suck up all the buys and then run away until the price goes up a little and then he comes in and sells more. But last week on Friday, he sat at the highest bid price and started just buying. Some of us think he is finished diluting possibly.
