pps x os is the current value of onci. we go from onci valued around $5mil currently to $2mil with a slash of a pen and a filing. if onci was valued properly at 5mil then after the filing onci should start to adjust.
more value driven news will influence the pps in a more dramatic way.
i would never invest in a 3bil os company to bloated but 1.5b perhaps lower can see nice gains.
like to see the filing drop tomorrow if the os reduction was really completed last week.
It would reduce the value of the company if the share price stays where it is, but it should effectively double the share price and the value of copany would remain the same.
