The way Kay addressed the issue was reasonable. He is not supposed to promise anything he is not 100% sure to happen. He can only promise things he can control, like no R/S. No stock in this world can promise a 100% sure growth with remarkable rate. Otherwise all the investors will only buy that one stock.
