I said to all soldiers. You conveniently left out the word all. My statement is correct, as of now they do not issue cell phones to all soldiers! My other point is, it's laughable to think that SFOR is any kind of military grade!! It's not even stable for the public consumer! Have you tried using it? Get an IT person to look at it for you. It's a joke, plain and simple.
