7th, between the 31 and 53 weeks measurement, only 2 left, taking the n from 27 to 25.

Those two drop-outs would not explain the improvement from week 53 to week 57 unless each had an MMSE score of less than 10, which is obviously not mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's, and therefore, they would not have been participating in the trial.

I looked at this possibility. Yet if you adjust for the drop out as spelled out in company presentation it doesn't impact the trend or results. See tweets by @piotrpietrzkiew
