He has given the company a chance to at least prosecute the lawsuit and build some business
The prosecution of the "save the company" lawsuit has been bungled by ineptitude and emotion, and it is still clear that TAUG has no cash, no business, no employees, no management, no office, no phone number, no products, no revenues and is nothing more than a shell company no matter what box is checked on their periodic reports.
There is nothing within TAUG to support any market cap. Its only value is as a shell which does have value, but not in the hands of CEO Sethie. All IMO.
