Thanks for that critical info shajandr. I confirmed your information with the Nevada Secretary of State's website, as outlined below. It appears NTGL has not held a business license since April of 2015, which renders them unable to conduct any sort of business - including employing anyone, renting corporate space or otherwise doing anything in the State of Nevada.

I believe you are correct here in saying that NTGL is a completely dead empty shell.
