#46929 RE: Darth Trader #46925

No it does not happen frequently, quite often or even at times. It RARELY happens. What's even worse, this CEO has no regular duties to perform. He has no employess, no books to keep, he makes no sales, and he doesn't make any product. Yet he cannot stay on top of the one thing he needs to do: Keep the license current.

He, like everyone else, was notified in plenty of time by the Nevada SOS. he was also notified when it first went delinquent ... as is every other business. IMO, he let the license go because there was a risk he would lose the business in court.

In fact, maybe under the terms of the "amicable" settlement, he already has? I have no doubt that he begged on bended knee for a settlement so that he could rip off shareholders for the $500,000.00 judgment against himself.
