Actually it is quite uncommon. We also know from experience that when Walthers abandons things, whether it be patents, officer listings with the Nevada SOS or registration ... he does NOT rethink or redo. The money has been spent on other items of personal interest to Walthers.
Besides, just in case some haven't noticed; Walthers is running this as a private business. He no longer needs the share holders and he is following the leads of several other pennies that got their starts with public money, but now no longer file ... running the company as though it was their own private business. And guess what? There is NOTHING shareholders are going to do about it.
Just another reason IFUS remain as always ...DEAD MONEY.
