Nobody knows where it went as the RFP process can not even start until funds are transferred from the Department of the Treasury to the DOD on 1/1/17. I am not privy to the DOD/CIO's decision making. Nobody will know, with any certainty, until the winning vendor is announced. Stay tuned to AFN news to see if SFOR is selected or not sometime in the first quarter of 2017.
