Perhaps Pilus reported the number by failing to break it down into distributions.

And perhaps Seth acted responsibly and corrected such as soon as he found out

You are kidding...right?

#1 -- TAUG ISSUED the warrants in the specific recipient parties' names and MUST continue to account for the warrants! Pilus has no responsibility other than exercising the warrants when it it deemed appropriate.

#2 -- Since TAUG ISSUED the warrants, it also had the very specifics of the parties' receiving the warrants. Barkeloo had no reason and/or obligation to account for who got what! The accounting responsibility belongs exclusively to TAUG!

#3 -- "Acted responsibly"...WRONG! Seth Shaw HAD to issue the correction to avoid being in the cross-hairs of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Had the correction not been published, our hero, Mr. Shaw, could have potentially been faced with civil and possibly criminal action by the Federal Regulators.

The terrible tragedy of the entire "deal" is that CEO Seth Shaw apparently had NO CLUE as to what TAUG was getting as a function of returning 80% of Pilus to Jason Barkeloo! NO CLUE! And Seth Shaw didn't care! Recall Seth Shaw did the original acquisition and essentially blew through over $2mm in shareholder funds! To "save face" with the shareholders, Shaw absolutely needed to dump Pilus and get some "PR VALUE" in return. But Shaw screwed it up! Seth Shaw had no idea, nor did he care, what that value might be! This is Seth Shaw's history! Who sold the 9% stake in ITL? Who "gifted" the Wellness Business to Stella Sung? Who gave himself and the Board members a total of roughly 100,000,000 TAUG shares last March? For doing what?

KEEP IN MIND, FIRST AND FOREMOST, SETH SHAW WILL TAKE CARE OF SETH SHAW!
