The other scenario with the lawsuits is that all 3 infrngers are possibly negotiating for a blanket settlement that will protect their customers...so that they are not sued by sfor. .....The 5 million customers that ZPaul just mentioned have a right to also sue Duo, Trustwave and Centrify to recoup their expenses .......and for exposure to litigation. Bottomline the 3 infringers may lose all their customers, and will have to shut down or file for bankrupcy except Trustwave, the power house.....Imho the logical way for them to settle this lawsuit is therefore a blanket settlement that includes their clients....and that wont come cheap.....with 5 million customers i can have a crazy estimate of about a billion dollars jmho....Looking at the possibility of bankrupcy that may face Duo and Centrify, does my thinking now for a possibility of Trustwave taking over Duo and Centrify make sense,.... to save their pockets and wealth the owners of Duo and Centrify may agree to a proposal for a buyout by Singtel...which will then have this assortment of technologies to tackle the ever growing cyber security industry....which is projected at over a trillion dollars in the coming years....jmho.

Wow! If Blank Rome doesnt win in court against Duo. Sfor is done...Not enough cash to operate next Q. legal precedent will be set. other lawsuits will not happen. More dilution, toxic financing.

Wow! if Blank Rome wind in court, and SFOR settles for the pennies on the dollar it did with Microsoft It might get enough money to operate for another q or 2.

Wow.. What happens if the lawsuit takes "time" like kay said? Where does the money they need to operate come from?
