I do not think that they will be delisted. Could just continue as a SEC non-reporting/filing company as many do.

As for the SEC litigation in progress, will have to wait and see how it is finally resolved. I expect the SEC to prevail but then Velatel may have to then take their own legal action against Ironridge. That scenario would not be good imo as it would be costly and lengthy. Apparently IR has deep pockets.

On the other hand, I don't see GA, Family & Friends simply walking away from their millions (billions) of shares.

Bottom line for me is I don't know. However, not a whole lot of risk in holding a few million @ .0002.
