If This Goes To The Supreme Court, Who Knows

It is possible that VelaTel could get a very favorable ruling in early 2017, only to have the ALJ matter stay in limbo. It is in the realm of possibility that Ironridge would not be penalized because they would cite appeals courts and this could tie up VELA for even more years.

I believe someone said that if George Alvarez and VELA do not file/report by this spring, the company will be delisted. Does anyone know if that still holds true?
