"Being cautious" and "seeking legal advice" are elementary DUE DILIGENCE requirements! Contrary to Seth Shaw's historic approach, DUE DILIGENCE is accomplished BEFORE finalizing and announcing a deal, NOT AFTER!

SETH SHAW WOULDN'T KNOW DUE DILIGENCE IF HIS LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! Shaw, vacating his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, never wants to invest the effort, time, and money to actually do DD!!!

From the posted comment it is easy to conclude, based upon potential legal findings, the CBD oil-based product(s) may NEVER go anywhere as a business! Just like all the previous CBD ventures, including the vape solution that was proposed for Josh Kimmel's electric cigarettes!

GIVEN HIS HISTORY, SETH SHAW SHOULD ALREADY KNOW IF CBD CONTAINING PRODUCTS CAN CROSS STATE LINES, WHICH IS INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND REGULATED/ENFORCED BY THE U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, NOT BY THE STATES!
