Personally I think VFIN is a short, even Ironridge isn't that stupid to get and then sell shares like this during ALJ proceedings. Also, VFIN actions past a couple of weeks smells like a short trying to make book look good at year end. Also, their has been plenty of volume at ask so would not be surprised if they are covering as well and perhaps not really shorting more. Their mere presence causes panic. Their actions should be reported by everyone to SEC.
