Do you have an opinion on where the shares VFIN is dumping are coming from? PrvtInvestorV had said he believed issuances of shares had stopped, which does not match the volume that has been dumped. If there have been more issuances, the OS is surely well above 5 billion by now and closer to my target of 7-8 billion.
