You can't. There is literally no way of tracking his dumping if/when it happens. Since his shares were gifted, I wouldn't be so sure that the scumbag would even bother waiting until .05 anyway. Any sign of high end bid support may be enough to entice the crook to drown the bid with shares. Quite literally, the only thing that would make the dumping of 47 milly shares null n void would be massive contracts resulting in legitimate sales and profits. Any legit chance of turning a profit would send this thing skyward at the drop of a hat. The bid support would be crazy as folks might be ravenous for shares.
