One factor to watch is the sleeze Sterling Scott. He still owns
47+ million shares and is not reported as an insider trader . He is no longer associated with the company (officially anyway) and his holdings are well below the % of outstanding shares requiring insider
actions reporting. He acquired the shares as gifting at approx average
of .05 and probably would hold to at least around .10 .At that point PHOT would likely go higher , If he dumps over successive days ,the rats are leaving the ship. Since he was basically given the shares ,
dumping earlier may point to exit time ???? How can we keep UP TO DATE TRACK of HIS holdings ? Most reports I see are too DATED and thus DON'T track his activity on a REAL TIME basis .
