The Board found through an investigation that Peter had improper expense reimbursements. I for one think the company has Huge Potential and they are ridding themselves of a person, which was holding them back!
I think that's Great News that the Board is being Pro-Active in regards to the CEO position, which is an important part of Provectus Biopharmaceuticals success! IMO
