Okay...please explain this part to me...

What is the above, if not a LIE???

It would have been so simple for him just to admit that the proxy had a "small honest mistake" (as he claimed on April 11) investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=121833433
way back in July/August.
I brought up this issue around a dozen times between July 21 and the discussion directly with Seth Shaw which occurred last August,
that is shown in the links above.

While I am pleased to see Seth Shaw/TAUG finally explain this discrepancy,
I find it appalling that he has tried to pass this off as something he just became aware of!

Explain why SAINT Sethie danced around the questions about the proxy filing FOR MONTHS...
pretending there was NOTHING WRONG...
but then, in the following APRIL, files a correction, AND SAYS HE "BECAME AWARE" IN APRIL.


Explain how that is "honest".
Oh...wait..."pretty honest"...lol...
is that like, "but it was just a little white lie"???

I am also still waiting for an explanation of HOW the Great Saint Seth was "fooled" so many times, by so many sketchy people....
On one had, we've been told that Seth Shaw is an "ivy league" educated financial whiz kid...
but then we are expected to believe that he was "fooled" by the likes of Kimmel (for example).
Kimmel...a football star, turned male model, turned restaurateur, turned "flavor sommelier"...
FOOLED...when there were countless others who were pointing out the many red flags daily....like the photoshopping incidents.
FOOLED...while the man he picked to be a Board member here at TAUG was proclaiming the BVAP trademark lawsuit a "slam dunk".
(and BTW...Sethie later claimed that lawsuit was stupidity...lol...)
FOOLED...while BVAP was putting out PR's with ridiculous "projections" in them.

Either Seth Shaw is a total IDIOT, who is DUMBER THAN A MUD FENCE...
OR HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON.

What's the phrase the SEC likes to use?
"KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN"

I sure hope I get to see Seth Shaw's name here someday...
