NVDA is a beast...... I've been watching for a short opp too.... but it doesn't seem to be coming.... May be some scalp opportunities though..... but buying the dips seem to be the trend. I'm interested to see where this baby goes!

OT: re: NVDA short, thinking about mid-jan OTM puts.

yesterday might have been a blow-off top.
but i wouldn't be surprised if it pushes even higher this week
with selloff coming next week
after funds lock in their 2016 ROI stats.

A big confession....... last Fri I bought 11 12/30 $107 puts at avg $1.22. Why? Because I thought it needed a breather...... I woke up Mon to pretty much worthless puts... So, I wrote them off as a loss in my head, no emotion.....move on to da next trade. So I flipped some 12/30 calls yesterday for some lunch $$. Held on to the puts because at that point it wasn't even worth the effort to sell. This morning I decided to sleep in a bit.......and those damn $107 puts hit $4.92 according to my E*TRADE app!!!!! Coulda sold for a nice profit.....or at least broke even....... Of course, the morning I sleep in for an extra hour :)
