3 Quarterly Report OTC Disclosures today.

1 Annual Report OTC disclosure.

NVSOS reinstatement document in place 60 days ago.

No one here ever explicitly stated that the Reverse Merger had FINALIZED.

These people just felt good out of the kindness of their hearts to upload and update all this information today because it was slow day.
