No, the reverse merger has not yet closed:

Subsequently, on June 13, 2016, the Issuer and IXSV Acquisition Inc. entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”). Concomitant therewith, the stockholders of the Issuer elected Michael Thomas, the President of IXSV Acquisition Corp., Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, who, along with Barton Hollow, ratified and approved the Merger Agreement and Merger. The Issuer anticipates the Merger will close in the 4th quarter of 2016.

The end of Q4 is upon us, and the merger has not yet closed, apparently. Tracy seems often to drag his feet with these things. The GOFF and TRON mergers were supposed to close by 30 September. Instead, the GOFF transaction fell apart, and the TRON transaction has yet to close.
