I don't see why SFOR doesn't hover around the .0065 area. Anything over that and the owners will start to exercise options, so there's that upside right there. Still I would watch the fluctuations mostly around Pacer updates. That's when traders can get lots of volatility.
However, it sure looks like the longs will be truly be the ones to win this one. Just wish it wasn't so volatile around the lawsuits. The upside of course is that Kay keeps his word and gets much more from the 3 litigants being sued right now versus what they got from Microsoft.
Which means with a multiple hundred million dollars settlement best case scenario this will go well past a dime to a quarter.
But from here to there is a huge jump, so if they put out some PR news about being proud of something, even just to remind people that they have an international patent pending, shit like that. Then, the price could stabilize somewhere closer to those multi pennies, either way there could swings of hundreds of percent a day as the lawsuits settle. That will be hard to sit through.
