Biel had/ has to overcome internal issues in how fda applications/ proceedure have been submitted for approval...standard stuff and the same for all companies put in place to protect the same public being denied the side effect free actipatch...irony yes, frustrating yes...but we have the best system in the world imo...get-er done $BIEL
