What fees does GNGR pay that make it expensive? OTCMarkets.com is just an advertising deal as far as I know. No need to pay them. Those "filings" mean nothing. A stock doesn't have to have a transfer agent paid by the company, I believe. Being delinquent on local taxes (New York in this case) doesn't affect trading.

There is one REAL expense they probably pay (or accrue): Management Salaries!

All sorts of utterly defunct, penniless firms trade for years, as you know. Heck, you can even buy Russian Czarist Bonds actively trading since before 1917.

Yep, you could have tripled your money, counting dividends, in Hershey in the past 5 years. Read the history of that company or Nestle and you'll see they have zero in common with GNGR.
