I don't think that the "normal" rules apply here. If someone bought all of the outstanding stock today for $500k, by tomorrow they're likely to be diluted down to a 50% owner, and the value of their stock diluted down to $250k.

I guess this isn't illegal, but whoever's in charge should lose a lot of sleep over it. It's essentially stealing from your current investors....

When the AS count was increased to 10bn all the longs thought it was to be able to put out a poison pill in case anyone tried to buy control of the company and take it over. Now we know it was for all the convertibles coming up! Ooops. Convertible debt is never ever ever a smart move! I'm so sorry, but by the way its trading, I don't think all the convertibles are done.

I think every few weeks another one will mature and start to be sold into the market. The lower the share price goes, the higher the number of shares will need to be issued to pay off the convertible that's about to mature.

Eventually,m it becomes a self fulfilling prophesy, as the share price goes lower and lower, the number of shares needed to cover it gets higher and higher.

Once he gets to maybe one billion, then he might start doing reverse splits too.

I used to be a shareholder, and wish I'd sold at the top, at 6 cents instead of smaller profits lower down.
