You know Jack, "Negligence" can be a criminal act ..... So, don't rule that out. NWBO is not being straight with its shareholders. Why do you think Woody had a beef with them. Something smells really really bad here. Not saying you should sell, but I wouldn't put another nickel into this POS unless you have a core amount of shares safe( just in case this lottery ticket works out), and then just day/swing trade like me until then.
