#22515 RE: Braelorne #22514

Actually, it's illegal to include the Tesoro claims group as these are constrained by a court ordered precautionary measure to not be included into any act or contract. As such, the Tesoro claims are not in the name of Barrick Gold Corp and should not be listed as property of Barrick Gold Corp (Miners Navada, Chile) in the Bi National Agreement (Pascua Lama Protocol).

Furthermore, the Pascua Lama 43-101 of Silver Wheaton and Barrick Gold Corp lists inaccurately the Tesoro claims as owned by Barrick Gold Corp. Barrick and Silver Wheaton list multiple claims in the Pascua Lama 43-101 as enacted when they are still in process listed with the Chile registry Sernageomin.

I'm all for ending the corruption of Barrick Gold Corp with Pascua, Chile.

Happy Holidays to all those who feel the same way.
