Once PPS above .04 and RS - they can up list ASAP. IMO.

Here is the story of "Retrophin".

Retrophin reversed merged with OTC public shell company RTRX in December, 2012 and immediately filed for up list to NASDAQ and got approval to trade on NASDAQ in January 2013. See below image and link.



Note in above image it article says RTRX started trading on NASDAQ in January 2013

In below link, article says RTRX completed Reverse Merger in December 2012.

After up list to NASDAQ in January 2013, as RTRX was a nice revenue generating company, it went from low of $1.5 to hight of $36.

Soon, many news articles will be covering and writing about Pixel Mags reverse merger with SPCL and its up list to NASDAQ.
