Why won't Li RS his own LQMT holdings? After an RS, his percent ownership in LQMT is unchanged. He is in it for the long haul. He could very well allow the SP to suffer any negative consequence due to an RS. He is in it for the long haul. A drop in the SP is only a paper loss until he actually sells some shares. If he thinks that an RS will benefit LQMT in the long run - advances when LQMT is returned to NSDAQ - then an RS wouldn't surprise me.
