that being the case, and it was stated that the rs. would be the last thing done, one would think that the mailings to the stock holders would occur at least a week before the 31rst. to insure everybody got their notice, thus avoiding legal issues. filings with sec are to be 10 days before mailings, that puts it around the 14th of jan. that means fins. will come out sometime around or before the 14th.
