The share count is not "up to date".

The transfer agent is gagged. The outstanding shares in real time is being withheld from the public.

MYDX does not want you knowing how much dilution is really going on.

IF SHARE COUNT IS CURRENT, Then valuation here presently for MYDX is roughly 600,000.00... Should revenue remain constant at a 1,000,000. and China develops past phase 1, then guaranteed revenue of 500,000. MYDX current valuation is 1/3 of 2017 Revenue.

Just saying MYDX looking undervalued even with all this dilution...But what do I know....

WOW, that is very interesting... especially when looking at the links provided...

OTC shows O/S --- 273,675,555 as of Nov 30

and on the filing... which is as of Nov 22

the OS is 251,154,401
